Hi Mom. I'm Wet.

Hahahaha sorry about the subject. It's pretty rainy here in England. Good thing I love the rain! But it does make proselytizing a little bit more difficult.

Well, we went on exchanges this week. On Wednesday, I was with Elder Gallacher, from Glasgow, Scotland. He is one of the Assistants to the President and he is amazing. I learned a lot from him and we had a lot of fun as well. I also went on exchange with Elder Jager, from Germany, who was in the Blackburn ward when I was as well. It was a lot of fun. We worked hard and the Lord blessed us a lot.

We were able to teach the 9 year old non member granddaughter of a member, and she is good. She doesn't want to get baptised until October, for some reason. But she is from London, and so her accent is quite posh. She's got an attitude, as well, haha. But she's great. It's different teaching children. It's a test of your teaching ability to teach is so simply that a child can understand it. It made me stop and re-evaluate my teaching. I've still got a lot to learn.

But things here are great. I love them. This is such an amazing place to do missionary work. I love serving the Lord and the people of the U.K. so much! I know that this is the only true church on the earth and that Christ stands at the head. I love you all so much and I am so grateful for having you in my life! I love you!

Love,
Elder Ashcraft
